Latest new point in Russia served from Prague is Kaliningrad as the Russian carrier Rusline performed its opening flight on the route on October 31, 2017.
During this winter schedule, Rusline will operate the route offering two weekly rotations using CRJ100 aircraft.
Kaliningrad was earlier connected with Prague by KD Avia from June 15, 2007, offering four weekly flights, but the carrier however pulled out again in 2009.
CSA has also been sniffing at the route to Kaliningrad, but plans to start flight on the route in 2015 ware again shelved in 2015 due to the weakening Russian market.
