Dec 01, 2017 (newstodate): During January-October 2017, Russian airlines saw their combined cargo volumes up by 18.7 percent, y-o-y, to 914,351 tonnes.
Measured in volumes, the five largest contributors were AirBridgeCargo with 465 696 tonnes, up 13.8 percent, y-o-y, Aeroflot with 183 861 tonnes and up 33.6 percent, Volga-Dnepr Airlines with 31,632 tonnes and up 32 percent, Sibir with 28,326 tonnes but down 0.6 percent, and Rossiya with 26,662 tonnes, up no less than 83.4 percent.
Together, these five airlines thus accounted for 79.9 percent of all cargo on Russian airlines during the first quarter of this year.
