Apr 19, 2017 (newstodate): The Czech Republic and Georgia will see the opening of the first direct air-link from this summer.
Launching services on a new route between Prague and Tbilisi will be the Georgian carrier Georgian Airlines with two weekly rotations using Boeing 737-700 aircraft starting from May 22, 2017 and running till September 14, 2017.
Tbilisi Airport will also see the Greek carrier Ellinair returning with seasonal services starting from May 18 till September 14, 2017, offering two weekly flights from Thessaloniki and one weekly flight from Crete during the period June 15 to September 14, 2017.
