Apr 25, 2017 (newstodate): Russia's State Transport Leasing Company GTLK expects to deliver 16 Superjet 100 aircraft to lessors in 2017.
According to Russian media, the leasing company has in fact started translating some of its 28 options into firm orders, claiming that four of these have already been signed.
In 2015, GTLK signed an order for 32 Superjet 100 aircraft to be placed with three customers including the Russian airlines Yamal and Red Wings that will take 25 and 15 aircraft, respectively, and Kazakhstan's SCAT that will take in 15 aircraft.
GTLK however also claims that it has concluded LoIs with Russian, CIS and even Western customers for the supply of more than 110 Superjet aircraft.
