Apr 07, 2017 (newstodate): Singapore Airlines Cargo is still to announce its decision on the final choice of cargo handling provider at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
Starting from May 30, 2017, the carrier will launch five weekly Airbus A350-900 passenger flights between Stockholm and Singapore via Moscow.
Cargo sales in the Swedish market on the coming flights will be performed by Singapore Airlines' existing office at Copenhagen Airport where the carrier also operated dedicated freighter flights since the 90'ies until the end of 2016.
As part of the preparations for the launch at Stockholm Arlanda, Singapore Airlines Cargo has named ProActive Airline Services as its General Operations Agent responsible from May 15, 2017, for the operations and services of SQ Cargo at Stockholm Arlanda comprising flights and the truck services between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and the carrier's freighter hubs at Amsterdam, Brussels and London.
At Copenhagen Airport, Singapore Airlines Cargo has been served with cargo handling by WFS since February 1, 2009.
