May 01, 2017 (newstodate): During January-March 2017, Russian airlines saw their combined cargo volumes up by 25.7 percent, y-o-y, to 250,035 tonnes.
The largest contributors were AirBridgeCargo with 129,500 tonnes, up 16.4 percent, y-o-y, Aeroflot with 48,831 tonnes and up 45.3 percent, Volga-Dnepr Airlines with 8,671 tonnes and up 21.2 percent, Sibir with 7,617 tonnes and up 1.6 percent, and Rossiya with 6,615 tonnes, up no less than 259.1 percent.
Together, these five airlines thus accounted for 80.1 percent of all cargo on Russian airlines during the first quarter of this year.
