May 30, 2017 (newstodate): During January-April 2017, Russian airlines saw their combined cargo volumes up by 23.7 percent, y-o-y, to 343,702 tonnes.
Measured in volumes, the five largest contributors were AirBridgeCargo with 176,993 tonnes, up 15.1 percent, y-o-y, Aeroflot with 67,817 tonnes and up 40.5 percent, Volga-Dnepr Airlines with 11,762 tonnes and up 30.1 percent, Sibir with 10,530 tonnes and up 2.4 percent, and Rossiya with 8,919 tonnes, up no less than 223.7 percent.
Together, these five airlines thus accounted for 79.9 percent of all cargo on Russian airlines during the first quarter of this year.
