Jun 27, 2017 (newstodate): New name in the skies is Buta Airways - a low-cost subsidiary of Azerbaijan Airlines.
Based at Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the carrier has announced its first batch of international destinztions to be served from Baku, including flights to Moscow Vnukovo Airport, Kazan and Mineralnye Vody in Russia.
Buta Airways is also planning flights starting from September 2017 to Antalya, Kiev, Tbilisi and Tehran, and starting from the coming winter schedule, flights will also be operated to St Petersburg and Istanbul.
The fleet of Buta Airways will comprise Embraer 190 aircraft.
