Jul 03, 2017 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Aeroflot is strengthening its position in the Hungarian market.
With effect from October 29, 2017, the carrier will introduce a third daily rotation on the route between Moscow Sheremetyevo and Budapest Airport alongside its existing flights between Moscow Vnukovo Airport and Budapest Airport.
With the increased traffic to and from Aeroflot's hub at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, the Hungarian market will gain enhanced access from Budapest to a number of Asian Aeroflot-destinations including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, the South Korean capital of Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in China, as well as Bangkok and Phuket in Thailand.
Budapest Airport already offers a total of 29 weekly flights to Russia.
