Jul 31, 2017 (newstodate): A new Irish start-up airline, Powdair has contracted the Danish ACMI and charter carrier BackBone Aviation to provide aircraft capacity for its coming new flight operations from Winter 2017.
With the first fligtht from December 14, PowdAir will offer regular flights to Sion, Switzerland, from a number of European airportts including Antwerp, Bristol International, Edinburgh, London Southend, Southampton, London Luton, and Manchester International, with onward connections to a range of ski resorts in Switzerland.
Flights will thus be performed with two CRJ200 aircraft from BackBone Aviation on a charter contract.
