Feb 05, 2020 (newstodate): The Estonian regional freighter capacity provider Airest is adding a new segment to its business plan.
The carrier has taken delivery of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft to gain a share in the growing market for passenger aircraft ACMI and charter services.
In the fleet of Airest are now 10 aircraft including eight SAAB 340A freighters and one SAAB 340A passenger aircraft, as well as one CRJ200SF freighter equipped with a large cargo door that is actually the first in Europe, and acquired on a lease contract with US aircraft supplier Regional One.
