Feb 10, 2020 (newstodate): Juneyao Airlines is proceeding with plans for three extensions of its route from Shanghai to Helsinki in 2020 - but the timetables have now been revised.
The carrier will be operating daily flights on the Shanghai-Helsinki route during the summer schedule, with two flights continuing to Keflavik, Iceland, two continuing to Dublin, and three flights continuing to Manchester, UK, starting from April 25, 26, and 27, respectively.
In its original plan, the start of the three extended flights were to start from March 31, March 29 and March 30, respectively.
In all three cases, Juneyao Airlines will be exercising 5th Freedom Rights allowing for bookings between Helsinki and the new European destinations.
Juneyao Airlines launched flights between Shanghai and Helsinki as its first European destination on June 28, 2019, with daily rotations during the summer schedule and three weekly rotations during the winter schedule.
