Dec 05, 2022 (newstodate): Defying any fears of strained financial performance in the aviation industry, Lithuania's Avia Solutions Group is reporting strong results from operations in Jan-Sep 2022.
-The rapid growth of revenue, EBITDA, and net profit are the results of our long-term focus on Western markets and the consistent work put in expanding our aircraft fleet. Avia Solutions Group has earned 51 million euro, out of its total net profit of 55 million euro, from its companies operating in Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, Avia Solutions Group says in a release.
-The ACMI market growth, driven by the quality and variety of our services, encourages us to continue growing and diversifying our fleet.
And this is indeed manifested by a growth in aircraft fleet by its numerous companies - from 95 aircraft by year-end 2021 to 155 aircraft by September '22.
As one recent example, Bluebird Nordic, a member of the Avia Solutions Group, plans to take in a total of 25 Boeing 737-800 converted freighters till 2024, adding to its existing fleet comprising one Boeing 737-300, seven Boeing 737-400 freighters and now four Boeing 737-800 - with four more of this latter type to arrive before the end of this year.
