Mar 07, 2022 (newstodate): Having gone through a challenging period ending with reconstruction of the company, Thai Airways is now planning to increase its Scandinavian services in summer 2022.
Currently offering three weekly flights at Stockholm Airport with one heading for Bangkok and two for Phuket, the carrier will increase frequency to five weekly flights between Sweden and Thailand by the coming summer schedule, with the distribution between Bangkok and Phuket yet to be announced.
Thai Airways is also to increase frequency on flights between Copenhagen and Thailand, going up to daily flights against currently three weekly services.
However, the resumption of services to the Norwegian market is still not settled.
Thai Airways suspended all Scandinavian services from April 1, 2020, as the Covid-19 pandemic deepened.
