Jun 01, 2022 (newstodate): The Finnish ground handling company Airpro has found its new Managing Director: Sampo Paukkeri.
   Mr Paukkeri will take up his new assignment from September 1, 2022, relieving the duty of Joona Hurmerinta, the company's COO, who has filled the position on an interim basis after Airpro's earlier Mng Dir since February 2014, Janne Hattula, announced his decision to step down in early February this year.
   Mr Paukkeri brings in rich experience from Finland's aviation business since 2005, having worked in various positions with Finnair and Norra, primarily in the maintenance sectors, but currently serving as Finnair VP Inflight Experience since November 2021.
   Airpro is part of the Finavia Corporation providing ground and passenger services for air traffic at 12 Finnish airports as well as Cabin Crew services in the Nordics.
