Nov 02, 2023 (newstodate): The Danish logistics company Scan Global Logistics is again hitting the headlines with a new acquisition as part of its ambitious global growth strategy.
   SGL is thus announcing that acquisition of the South Korean logistics company ENK Logistics that has been a partner to SGL since 2006, providing freight and warehouse solutions to a diverse customer base across Retail, Industrial, Chemical, Food Ingredients, and other industries.
   The establishment of Scan Global Logistics South Korea marks another milestone in the growth of SGL´s Pacific region, following the acquisitions of Pioneer International Logistics, Australia, in 2020, and Orbis Global Logistics, New Zealand, in 2021.
   Only in early October 2023, SGL announced a new acquisition, this time in Portugal, the Portuguese logistics company FLS, Freight & Logistics Solutions, marking the 5th deal so far into the year.
