Aug 30, 2023 (newstodate): A new airline plans to launch services in Georgia in 2024: Air Iveria.
   Founded and to be managed by Irakli Giorgobiani, the carrier plans to start our with fleet of three or four Airbus A320 Family aircraft on flights from Tbilisi Airport on a network yet to be announced.
   One basic trait of the coming new airline will be to offer departures and arrivals at more comfortable times of the day; today's traffic to and from Georgia is primarily provided by foreign airlines without own base in the country, resulting in red-eye operations.
