Nov 29, 2024 (newstodate): Oslo Airport City is now seeing the start of construction of a facility for its fifth tenant.
   The new facility now under construction is a Grieg Seafood fish filleting plant, slated for completion in the summer of 2025.
   Earlier this year, Grieg Seafood contracted BAADER to supply the equipment encompassing a complete processing line, from raw material reception to finished product packaging.
    The 25,000 m2 processing factory is designed for an annual salmon processing capacity of 10,000–12,000 tonnes, with an option of increasing capacity to 20,000 tonnes at a later stage.
   Oslo Airport City's other tenants include the World Seafood Center, GF Logistikk, MOWI and the Cool Hotel.
