Apr 16, 2024 (newstodate): The Danish transport and logistics company Scan-Shipping has named a new CCO and COO: Gitte Hjortflod.
   Ms Hjortflod took up the new assignments from March 1, 2024, succeeding her career with Scan-Shipping for another two years as Regional Director Nordics.
   Ms Hjortflod started her life in the forwarding and logistics business with seven years serving Wilson Logistics from 1997, later serving with Geodis for over 22 years till 2014, and joined Scan Global Logistics as Snr Global Sales in 2020.
   Founded in 1969, Scan-Shipping has its headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark, with additional offices across Scandinavia, Europe, North America and Asia.
