Apr 29, 2024 (newstodate): A Baltic realtor and developer has landed a significant contract with a future US tenant to set up a new industrial facility near Riga Airport.
   The US company Edge Autonomy has thus signed a Build-to-Suit contract with the Lithuanian developer Sirin to establish a 10,000 m2 facility near Riga Airport.
   California-based Edge Autonomy specializes in design and manufacturing of highly engineered unmanned technology systems utilized in a wide variety of military, civil, and academic applications.
