May 24, 2024 (newstodate): The latest CASS figures for airline cargo operators in Norway leave no doubt: Qatar Airways reigns supreme as #1 on the Top-10 list.
   In April 2024, Qatar Airways thus lifted a total of 4,163 tonnes of cargo, primarily seafood, out of Norway, corresponding to 30.13 percent of the market, and growing by 23.70 percent, y-o-y.
   During the summer 2024 schedule, Qatar Airways has increased frequency from seven to 11 weekly passenger flight rotations from April 8, 2024, and up to 14 weekly rotations during the period June 1-September 1, while Qatar Airways Cargo has also been online at Oslo Airport with freighter services since January 29, 2013.  
   In addition to operations at Oslo Airport, Qatar Airways is now also operating a weekly freighter flight from Evenes Airport since October 31, 2023, in April 2024 lifting 722 tonnes of seafood shipments into Doha for onward carriage on the carrier's network to destinations in Asia.
