Managed by Martynas Grigas, BBN Indonesia recently held its initial meeting with INACA, Indonesia National Air Carriers Association, marking the start of a potential partnership aimed at driving innovation and collaboration within the aviation sector.
A partnership between BBN Airlines and INACA is strategically positioned to meet the quality needs of the domestic market and overcome regional business obstacles.
By leveraging BBN Airlines's expertise in aviation services and INACA's understanding of local dynamics industry and advocating with regulators to foster positive relationships within, BBN Indonesia aims to drive sustainable growth in the aviation sector within Indonesia and beyond, the company says.
A member of Lithuania's Avia Solutions Group, BBN Indonesia obtained its AOC on August 31, 2023, allowing it to provide the archipelago with airfreight and logistics services.
BBN Indonesia has also been granted a second AOC opening up for commercial passenger flight operations as well, allowing the company to serve not only domestic needs but also cater to requests from neighboring countries in the Asia/Oceanic region.
In the fleet of BBN Indonesia are now three Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft and three cargo aircraft, including one Boeing 737-800 and two Boeing 737-400 freighters for domestic and international flights.
With the existing fleet and increasing demand, BBN Airlines Indonesia targets operating a total of 40 aircraft by 2027.
