Jun 19, 2024 (newstodate): A new venue has been opened for Chinese air cargo to the European markets.
   Starting from June 17, 2024, the Chinese cargo carrier SF Airlines has commenced flights from the country's first dedicated cargo airport Ezhou Huahu Airport to Budapest in Hungary.
   The new service is starting out with one weekly rotation using Boeing 747-400F aircraft to bring Chinese e-commerce and express shipments to Europe.
   Starting operations from July 2022, Ezhou Huahu Airport is an all-cargo hub airport offering 23,00 m2 cargo terminal space, a 700,000 m2 cargo transit center, and two runways.
