Jun 25, 2024 (newstodate): EU sanctions are now also hitting the Russian airport investment company Novaport.
   The sanctions on Novaport include Perm Bolshoye Savino Airport, Salekhard Airport and Tyumen Roshchino Airport, claimed by EU to support the Russian government in providing logistics infrastructure for the Russian Air Force and undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
   According to Russian media, the inclusion of the company in the list of sanctions will not affect the progress of the reconstruction of the Tyumen airport, since Russia has learned to bypass supplies of equipment from unfriendly countries through friendly jurisdictions.
