Jun 12, 2024 (newstodate): Once again, Iran has cunningly evaded western sanctions on aircraft imports.
   This time, one Airbus A340-600 aircraft has been registered with the Iranian carrier Mahan Air, acquired from the Uganda-based investment company Macka Invest Company that had conveniently stored the aircraft at Kabul International Airport.
   The latest delivery joins the 32-strong aircraft fleet of Mahan Air that already comprises three Airbus A340-600 as well as seven Airbus A340-300.
