Jun 17, 2024 (newstodate): Cargo volumes handled at Iceland's Keflavik Airport in Jan-May 2024 were down by 4.2 percent, y-o-y.
The decrease was driven by a decline in volumes on all-cargo flights totaling 16,503 tonnes, down 4.2 percent, while belly cargo volumes at 7,032 tonnes were slightly up by one percent.
In May '24 alone, the airport handled 4,635 tonnes of cargo, a drop by 3.3 percent, y-o-y.
