Jun 11, 2024 (newstodate): The Ukrainian carrier SkyUp Airlines has again added a new airline customer to its portfolio.
New ACMI customer is Arkia Israeli Airlines that has inked a contract with SkyUp Airlines for one Boeing 737-700 aircraft to provide capacity for its charter flights from Tel Avia to Batumi, Larnaca, Bucharest, Corfu, Rome and Athens.
In April 2024, SkyUp Airlines also landed a contract with the Dhaka-based US-Bangla Airlines that is now operating two SkyUp Airlines' Boeing 737-800 aircraft under an ACMI contract running till March 31, 2025.
A third aircraft was added in May to operate flights from Dhaka to destinations including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Seychelles.
Earlier, SkyUp Airlines MT also landed an ACMI contract with Wizz Air comprising three Boeing 737-800 aircraft, with two of the aircraft to be based in Bucharest and the third in Warsaw.
