Jul 30, 2024 (newstodate): Digging into the pocket again, the Danish logistics provider Scan Global Logistics has announced another new acquisition, this time in Brazil.
   Pending anti-trust approval from Brazilian authorities, Scan Global will take 100 percent of the shares in the Brazilian freight forwarding company Blu Logistics Brasil Transportes Internacionais LTDA, a Brazilian freight forwarder specializing in air and ocean freight services with adjacent offerings including custom clearance, truckload and cabotage.  
   The acquisition of Blu Logistics Brasil provides SGL Group with an operational platform in Brazil enabling the SGL Group to establish a strategic presence in Brazil, and providing SGL Group with a strategic platform to scale the business and expand its global presence.
   The deal is expected to be approved by Q3, 2024.
