Aug 09, 2024 (newstodate): With the inauguration flight on August 8, 2024, Georgian Airlines is now online with scheduled freighter flights to China.
   The carrier is thus now to operate a twice-weekly rotation on the route between Tbilisi and Haikou, on Hainan, China, using a Boeing 767-300F aircraft with a technical stop at Navoi, in Uzbekistan.
   Taking to the air from 2020, the privately-owned carrier operates a fleet comprising three Boeing 737-800F and two Boeing 767-300F aircraft, all on lease contracts.
