Aug 15, 2024 (newstodate): Norway's Narvik Evenes Airport saw its cargo volumes somewhat down in July 2024.
   A total of 293 tonnes of Norwegian seafood shipments left the airport in July, compared to 529 tones in June - still a manifestation of the seafood exporters' need for uplift capacity close to production sites.
   In January-July 2024 the airport has thus generated a total of 3,629 tonnes of international cargo carried by Qatar Airways Cargo that launched a weekly flight from Evenes to Doha with Boeing 777F on October 31, 2023.
