Aug 05, 2024 (newstodate): Billund Airport continues the strong growth in cargo in July, 2024, with an increase by 19.6 percent, y-o-y.
   A total of 7,151 tones of cargo was thus handled during the month, including 2203 tonnes of imports, up 47.4 percent, and 4,948 tonnes of exports, also up 10.4 percent, y-o-y.
   This brought Jan-Jul '24 volumes to a total of 52,084 tonnes, an increase by 24.9 percent, y-o-y, of which 16,176 tonnes were imports, up 62 percent, while exports accounted for 35,908 tonnes, also up 13.2 percent.
