   The latest sanctions list from the US Treasury Department comprises 14 Belarus companies, including the private airlines Rada Airlines, RubyStar Airways and Belcanto Airlines.
   Obtaining its AOC in 2015, Rada Airlines was certified to ICAO Chapter 3 and thus permitted to operate into European airports with a unique freighter aircraft: IL-62M that has been operating for the international oil and gas industries - but also active in transporting Wagner personnel and equipment.
   RubyStar Airways was set up in 2000 operating seven Antonov freighters of various types as well as one Boeing 747-400F, while Belcanto Airlines was registered in 2020 and has been operating IL-76TD freighter aircraft.
