Sep 04, 2024 (newstodate): After anti-trust approval,  the Danish logistics company Scan Global is now sole owner of the Brazilian freight forwarding company Blu Logistics Brasil Transportes Internacionais LTDA.
   Headquartered in Sao Paulo and employing more than 200 people in eight offices, the Brazilian freight forwarder specializes in air and ocean freight services with adjacent offerings including custom clearance, truckload and cabotage.   
   The acquisition of Blu Logistics Brasil provides SGL Group with an operational platform in Brazil adding to the company's presence in other SAM markets including Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico.
