Jan 09, 2025 (newstodate): Copenhagen-based DANX Carousel is expanding its time-critical logistics services across Europe with the acquisition of a German company.
   The acquisition comprises the take-over of the German in-night logistics, repair, and field services specialist LPR Group, founded in 1988 and today with 500 employees.
   In January 2022, the Danish in-night logistics provider DANX was acquired by Axcel, a Nordic-based professional investment company that also took over the UK-based logistics provider Carousel working along similar lines with mission-critical end-to-end supply chain solutions handling of time-sensitive spare parts across Europe.
